PB Banana Oatmeal

This is my favorite oatmeal recipe. 
1/2 c oatmeal

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 banana sliced

1 1/2 cups water, milk or a combo of the 2

1 tbsp any nut butter 

1/2 tbsp maple syrup

Combine first 4 ingredients together and stir with a spoon or fork. The banana doesn’t need to be mashed it will melt while being cooked. 
Then add your water or milk and mix. 

Put in the microwave and cook for 5-10 mins. ( this will depend on the watts of your microwave). Stop and stir every 2-3 minutes so the chia seeds don’t clump together. 

When oats and chia seeds have soaked up all the liquid and look creamy it’s done. 

Add nut butter and maple syrup and stir. 

You can add slice banana to the top. Eat and enjoy.
