Yes, it’s going to be hard but I never said it would be easy. Any journey worth traveling is never easy.
We are going start by going through the pantry, refrigerator, and freezer. You are going to pull out anything that doesn’t line up with the rules and you can do one of two things with it:
- Throw it out or if you are like me and can’t stand throwing away unopened food just because it’s bad for you. . .
- Donate it or give it to a neighbor having a hard time.
Now you are probably thinking m, what am I going to eat? There is nothing left.
I’m positive there is something left. Most people still have meat, some veggies, and fruit “lying” around. That’s what you are going to eat. If not you might need to go to the store and by a couple things,
The second thing we need to do is to start drinking more water. I’m suggesting you start small. If you don’t drink water at all during the day you are going to start with one glass a day for a couple of days. Then you are going to add another glass so you’re drinking 2 glasses a day, etc. Keep doing this until you reach 2-3 liters everyday.
Take baby steps and go slow. You want this to be a lifestyle change not a fad diet you give up in a week or two.
Also try to add flavor to your water if you don’t like it plain. Citrus fruits are s great option.
So there you have it. Two simple steps to get you started. Join me tomorrow as we talk about getting loved ones on board.
Was today easy or hard for you? What was easy? What was hard?
